The wolf came to the second house and huffed and exerted himself and it blew the house apart. The two chicks ran to their sister's house.
But when the wolf came to the third house, he exhaled and puffed but it wouldn't move. The little birds were sound inside.
Finally, the wolf was too exhausted to try any longer. He went away hungry.
The three chicks learned that it is important to be ready and to build a good house. They lived happily for many years in their brick house.
